The staff went above and beyond, helping with every request we had, which made our trip stress-free. Truly a wonderful experience for families visiting Kyoto. "子供2人と私でセミダブルひとつの部屋を予約していました。少し狭いけど安いし我慢だわと思っていたのですが、ソファーがベッドになる仕様になっていて、掛け布団とシーツもワンセット準備してくださっていました。 これは本当に嬉しかったし助かりました。 おかげで広々眠ることができました。 子連れだとJRなんば駅から10分くらい歩きますが、清潔感もあるし、冷蔵庫も冷凍庫付きの2ドアのものがあるし、ポットやガウンもあります。 個人的には靴を脱いであがるアパートスタイルなのが良かったです。 清潔感も申し分ないしコスパ的には最高です。 また予約したいと思います。"
