This hotel was perfectly located and central, my room was comfortable with good air-conditioning and very clean. I was traveling alone and had no concerns for safety and many places to eat were just steps away from the hotel. "I had a lovely stay in Stern am Rathaus. Highlights were an excellent breakfast and extra details made by the cleaning staff (such as hanging up my coat and hat for me). One point to note is that the cathedral bells are quite loud, though it wasn't a disturbance."

"Beautiful hotel and well maintained. Front desk staff as well as the rooms are stellar. Walking distance from the trains as well as cathedral. Only drawback was the restaurant, a bit overpriced and staff was actually awful. Other than that one negative, I would rate this as a must stay destination."

"The breakfast was great. Our room was a little weird. There was a motion detector light that kept being set off inside our room. Our air conditioner was a little too loud for us so we had to turn it off. But the hotel is old and beautiful."
