"Hi i stay there for 1 night. Location wise no doubt is very convenient it is just right beside Cologne Station. 1 minute walk. And it is opposite the cologne cathedral. I got upgraded for free to a better room with a window view facing the cologne cathedral. The room was classic but a little bit old on the furniture. But it is very spacious with a living room no complain there. I was very please with their friendly customer service and they gave us an extra bed for free for my 9yr old & a baby...

"Overall my stay was nice. The location is excellent for Cologne Old Town and staff are very friendly and helpful. There were however a couple of disappointments. Firstly the breakfast feels a little thin on options, it's 7/10, so still pretty good but more cake/sweet options would be nice, like yogurt for example. On my 3 days there was the choice between one fresh cake option and croissants which is fine but just not enough varity for sweet items. In the room, the duvets seemed a little small,...

"Ich war zum ersten Mal im Hilton Wasserturm Köln in der fünften Jahreszeit und ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Beim Check-in war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig und mir wurde direkt etwas zu trinken angeboten, um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und es war sehr ruhig, man hat von den anderen Gästen nichts gehört."
