"The hotel's location is fantastic, but it is uncomfortable no matter how you put it. They have different hallways with a set of 8 capsules per hallway. We got hallway #4 capsule #30, at least it was the bottom capsule. Each hallway has a private bathroom for the hallway plus there is communal bathrooms after all the hallways. "The double bed was more spacious than expected! The front desk staff seemed annoyed and weren’t super helpful with the locks, which are hard to open and make a lot of noise all night. The showers were full of hair and mold too unfortunately. Many hallways smelled like sewage. But the air conditioning was nice in the main sleeping room. The location was fabulous and close to grand via and Malasaña shops. Worth it for location and travel on a budget but don’t expect to feel super clean!"
