I left with clean clothes for once. The contact people were professional polite and helpful. I would stay there again. A good deal at a great price."

She asked us to text when we were 15 minutes away, we gave her a 20 minutes warning and still had to wait. We got the impression that short-tern rental was probably not encouraged in the building. Pas eu besoin de chauffage mais cela semble aussi être un problème car il y avait plusieurs chaufferettes d'appoint disponibles, ce qui serait peu sécuritaire avec du tapis. "

"Overall experience was disappointing. A/C was not connected, TV not working, the on duty personnel who met us was friendly but non-responsive when we showed the TV wasn't picking up the signal. He only asked if it would be a deal breaker for one night. We said no because didn't want to go looking for a hotel. Coffee was provided with sugar only, no creamers. Overall, the stay was a 3/5 at best considering the price. Will not repeat. "
