"We loved the Nassau Inn and would definitely go back! Super walkable to restaurants, the campus, and an amazing plus in summer - the community pool! Their staff is excellent. One woman called ahead and tracked down the paperwork required for us to go to pool (Nassau Inn has an agreement with them, otherwise only open to residents) on the 4th. Such a relief on a 100 degree day with small kids!"

"Horrible customer service from a so called FD Supervisor. Pool was always dirty. The FD supervisor was so disrespectful and disgusting to the point where I will complain to Hyatt and Pritzker. This lady should not be held a position in customer service. Kept me and my kids for almost 30 min past 3PM telling me 3PM is the start of check in doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed. "The staff were very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were small. Otherwise, the area is great, with lots of places to eat within distance of the hotel. The shuttle bus to the casino is a great bonus."
