"The room wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived. There was a used band aid on the nightstand from the previous guest. All the cooking and cleaning utensils had to be washed before we could use them. There was only a single fork included and no cutting knife and board. During our stay the room wasn’t cleaned once, even though they instructed us that rooms get cleaned after 4 nights. We never got fresh towels and had to go to the reception for a new roll of toilet paper. The electricity went out...

"We found the property to be first class for location, helpful staff comfortable and had excellent facilities for those people with a later flight. The luggage storage was super and secure. Their was also a grt shower and toilet facility next to the luggahe storage which cld be ised afyer check out if required. This is a thoughtful layout. My only complaint would be that our apt cld have done with a paint refresh and perhaps the flooring. All in all I wld recommend to any traveller looking...

"Communication was excellent from start to finish. Pool was clean & staff v helpful. Location was ideal for exploring Alicante. Sound proof windows were superb as street below is noisy. Free laundry facilities were much appreciated & lockers v useful for day of departure."

"Nice big balcony, overall absolutely nothing special but did the job for a cheap hotel for a holiday with friends. Main issue is with the amount of ways they try and get you to pay more money. Toilet roll is paid per roll extra if you run out. You must pay to rent extra towels. Pay significant money if the lift breaks while you’re in it, Significant money for the receptionist to open the door if your key is shut inside the room.
