"From the moment we arrived til we left we were taken care of… It started with upgrading our room to twin Queen beds (no up charge) then helping us navigate activities and recommendations. "The hotel we booked wasnt wver open. I had to go to thw nextbdoor hotel to check in. The office was a mess. Dirty. Our room was the grossest room id ever stayed in. The room was dirty, jad the nastiest smell the bathtub/ shower was disgusting. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. Had to use my own blankets on the bed. Wasn't sure what to expect on the bed itself. I will never book another room here and would not recommend anyone else either. "

"We had a very nice stay at Lodge at Bodega Bay. The room we booked was not available on our date due to construction but guest services contacted me ahead of time and made accommodations that we were happy with and included an extra welcome gift. The premises is beautiful and we enjoyed the bocce ball court and the Drake's Restaurant. A very nice place for a special celebration getaway!"

"For 200$ a night, no breakfast. There was a coffee maker with pods and sugar, no creamer, no stirrers. At checkout there was no one in the lobby, lobby was closed. I had to call a number posted on the door, and report that we were checking out"

"Didn’t show up on the system I left a $60 deposit. Customer service is very bad expect for Jenny. She was able to figure it out after waiting. Rooms need a remodel ASAP. Won’t be back for sure."

"Laundry room is locked and broken with no intention of repairing it. Pet parents BEWARE there is broken glass all over the parking lot. Staff didn't empty the trash cans all day Sunday so trash was overflowing and on the ground."

"We had a great stay at AutoCamp. The Airstream was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities around the property were excellent. One highlight was that we were able to borrow bicycles from the camp and ride around the nearby redwoods, which was a really enjoyable experience and a beautiful way to explore the area.
