"It's been a while since we stayed there and always stayed on top floor before. My husband has a bad back and can't do the stairs so I requested a downstairs room. From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night. "Property was very clean and comfortable with an Italian feel. Rooms are very large and the bed very comfortable. Our dog was happy staying with us. Breakfast was a buffet with several choices. We Only wish the bathroom had safety bars for senior guests."

"I wish we could stay more than 2 nights. The management was amazing. An inn-keeper even took me downtown to show me where to have a massage the next day. She oversaw breakfast and made sure everyone got their orders right away. The rooms were amazing: clean, had cloud like mattress toppers, super-soft pillows, AC, fireplaces, double-sized spa tubs, private balconies and invited wineries for evening tastings. "Went for an overnight stay with kids. We had a suite which was large enough for the 4 of us. Views were beautiful and the restaurant across the street was great with good service. Cute little town with lots of beaches. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant."

"I actually love this property , having enjoyed the spa many times and its facilities. However the front office staff is in need of hospitality training . On two different occasions I’ve had incidents and concerns with privacy and disturbances.. I had asked a manager to get back to me and I’ve never received any feedback on either situations .. I got more of a it’s a “you” problem than any support or assurances.."

"I still can’t believe the experience I had at check-in. The gentleman at the front desk instructed us to look through the window first before entering the room to ensure no one was already inside. Who does that? He then proceeded to charge for everything, including coffee from the reception, claiming it would be free again next month. However, he failed to charge the complete deposit to the man in front of us. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I’d rather stay somewhere else next time...

"Ice machines did not work and the reception staffer pretended someone had just used up the ice from two machines rather than admitting they did not work. Also, their rooms have no coffee-maker, fridge or microwave; amenities that are usually available, even at economy motels."

"I'm so grateful for dog-friendly properties. The room was spacious and clean. The fireplace was great for taking the chill off. Garbage cans around the property were helpful for dog waste disposal. The view was great and it was very quiet. Staff was very helpful as there was some issues with my reservation. They worked hard to rectify the situation and we enjoyed our stay worry free."

"First time staying here and we loved it!! We needed the shower that had the chair in it and my husband loved it. The room was spacious and since it was a suite it came with the fridge, other kitchen items also but we didn’t use them. If only we could have stayed longer. The girls at the front desk were so nice.
