"Hotel is very hot during summer time as they do not have aircond. If we open the window all the flies are coming in. Old hotel, no elevator. Away from the city center."

"Receptionist are very kind and helpful, excellent services. Unfortunately the shower room is too narrow so that make us difficult to move and clean our body. But overall the hotel satisfied enough."

"I love living in the apt. Only downside no ac but since the weather is cold, ac is not that important"

"Clean rooms daily, courteous staff, very good breakfast"

"Very spacious room."

"The hotel is central located. However a lot of noises at night and construction in the morning. So maybe not so good if you travel with children "

"Overall the experience from start to finish was above expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms very clean and spacious and the breakfast had a good variety of foods. The hotel is well located both in terms of being close to the Interlaken West station and Interlaken. Would definitely stay there again."

"Very pleasant stay at this hotel while in Interlaken. The hotel is kept up well and was very clean. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of taking care of anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left. The included breakfast had a good mixture of items. The room was spacious and had a good sized sitting area as well as plenty of room to store your clothes and luggage. Water bottles,...

"We had a beautiful room with balcony and wonderful views. We did not frequent the restaurant or any other amenities so I cannot comment on them. The staff were accommodating and the overall stay and location was great."

"The view from the room was spectacular, overlooking the lake and the bridge people walk across. The best thing was the staff; they were very nice and helpful. There are no other words to say but that it was the best stay I've had."

"Everything was excellent including the buffet, I just found the room to be too small for two people and bathroom to be very small as well."

"View excellent"
