we were about two maybe 3 blocks from the boardwalk. it was very quiet and had a very nice pool. check in was easy and our room was right across from the pool. i have been going to wildwood for about 23/24 years and it’s my home away from home

Great spot during off season.

Parking was a liitle tight, as far as availability & size of parking space. Loved the room. Although not on beach, it was only a short walk away. Lived the kitchen in the room. It definitely came in handy.

No hot water.. but the place was clean!

Everything was amazing.. we got there around 6pm, I called the lobby ahead of time to notify them wed be arriving around that time.. Great no big deal… we go to take a shower and the water is ICE COLD.. I give it about 5 minutes still ICE COLD… next morning try to shower ICE COLD.. My woman goes to use the outside shower to which she is notified by the housekeeper that the water tank was broken…. If the housekeeper knew that why weren’t we informed when we checked in?… I’m assuming she knew already before us checking in but come on..

Very simple motel. Clean rooms, close to boardwalk, but no housekeeping cleaned or refreshed towels/supplies during entire stay. Was able to track them down to get extra bath towels, only after looks of concern that I dared ask for them. No wifi.Room door would not stay shut unless u slam it. Extremely noisy, u could hear everything next door and below. Owner’s daughter thought she was queen, very rude. Was kept up most of night with loud noises, only to have her knock on our door to blame us for the noise and said we were the reason why neighbor ended his stay early. Ridiculous. Meanwhile she hung out with other folks next door while they talked loudly and smoked pot. She directed me that I must be within fenced area the entire time my boys swam - ok, fine - but she completely ignored other younger children swimming unattended. She then told me to not play with our little reusable water balloons because “they may break and the little magnets in them may damage their pool vacuum”. Ok fine, but meanwhile she smiled as she watched other young children playing with them all day. I hate to sound so petty, but we paid good money to stay at this “low budget” motel, and she routinely stifled anything my poor kids were trying to enjoy, but allowed all other children to run amok. Entire place reeked of marijuana smoke from guests imbibing in and around their rooms, while the contract said smoking only could be done out back in the parking lot. Would not stay again nor recommend.

Everything shut the place is super cute. The staff was incredibly nice too. It's a 15 min walk to the boardwalk would delicately stay again

We typically stay further away from the boardwalk, but this place had decent reviews so we took a chance and it was ok. The couple who works there was very nice and welcoming. We checked in without a problem. The room charge was comparable to other hotels at about $300/night. The room is cleaned after three days (make sure you schedule a time with the manager in advance!) and the parking situation is a little unsettled. There are about 3 more cars allowed than spots, so you can get a pass for street parking but the main office closes at 8 pm. So, if you arrive after 8 and didn't get a voucher and there are no more spots available you're out of luck. Fortunately, we didn't run into this problem as we made sure not to use the car after 8 p.m. We LOVED the location. It was within walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants along with some good breakfast and ice cream stops. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and we heard all of their running around, but that's probably customary with most of the small hotels in the area. The bottom line is, we felt safe, the room was clean, and the pool was nicely managed. We would patronize the Dolphin Inn again.

Chambre représentatif des images sur Expedia, il y a par contre 27 stationnements de dispo pour 30 chambres… donc on doit se stationner dans la rue = $$$ de plus à dépenser… au début du Boardwalk donc 20-25 minutes de marches avant d’arriver au milieu du Boardwalk…nous avions demander comme commentaire supplémentaires sur Expedia chambre au 2e étage, mais la fille a l’office nous a informée qu’elle ne reçoit pas les commentaires de Expedia.ca

Beau Motel à proximité de tout ! Frigidaire avec congélateur, lit tout de même confortable. Ce fut un bel endroit pour le prix ! Faire attention au stationnement… peut manquer de place le soir à l’occasion. Police très regardante si pas de vignette dans les rues !
