"The room was not very clean. Curtains lining was dry rotted and flaking off. Door would not lock with the key. Very difficult to unlock. Burn holes in the bedspread. Rust stain in bathroom sink. Rusty water when we turned water on. My daughter found bugs in the tub in her room."

"The check-in process was sketchy. The owners own multiple hotels in the area and while I reserved a room in one hotel, I ended up in a different hotel altogether. The room was great and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a technical glitch with the TV caused by a previous resident who had brought his own firestick and failed to reset the input source before they left. Overall the room at the BelAir (where I ended up) was top notch."

"I wouldn't say dirty, but def older and run down ans i wasnt expecting that bc people raved reviews online of how great ut was for families. Prices were great, room wasnt dirty but old and im sorry but a room shoudlnt smell like a old musty basement and with my allergies it was very hard to breathe. I even went to the store to get some aur freshning prodcuts to help cut the smell while we were there "

"This is a reasonably-priced apartment for a family with dogs. The owner is very friendly and the accommodations themselves are old-fashioned but revamped and cute, close to the beach and boardwalk. Just wished it was a tich cleaner."
