Absolutely love this place ! The staff are super friendly, it’s right off the beach! The view in the morning is insane !! The beach, the sunrise, wow ! Decent priced and the room amenities were very nice!

I have never been to NJ and didn't know what to expect. My stay was perfect. Everything and more.i didn't have a plug in for me USB to charge my phone or diabetes machine and when I asked the front desk, the wonderful young lady let me borrow one for the night without hesitation! Seems small but I was most impressed. Thank you for a pleasant and memorable trip

Very nice, very clean, clean the room every day made the bed swept and mopped the floors. I drove a big truck. They parked it on the other side of the building away from others very nice and resourceful.

Great location right off the Boardwalk on Spencer. There are four different buildings, I was in bldg #1, so I can’t speak to the others. But Bldg 1 has seen its better day, but the room was typical for Jersey shore and very clean and had plenty of linens, soaps, shampoos, etc. Had a refrig and a microwave. Parking is tight and I can image it is a challenge if there in a weekend (I was there Mon and Tues nights). I got a call Tuesday night asking to move my car so someone could leave early the next morning. While the hotel is in-smoking in the rooms, I wish the hotel was also non-smoking on the balcony. Would make it feel cleaner and a little more comfortable.

The floor had some sticky spots on it, which was unpleasant. The bathroom ventilation did not work well, so the moisture stayed trapped inside. However, the bed was clean, and the room did not smell like smoke, which was nice.

Pros: front desk was super nice and helpful. Beds were pretty comfortable. Room was well kept and clean. Location was great. Cons: room smelled a bit musty. AC wasn’t on when we arrived so it took 24 hours to really get the room cool and get the humidity out. That part of wildwood is really loud at night and the walls/doors aren’t sealed well (against the air or the noise). Our deadbolt didn’t work. We were in a poolside room and the curtains over the large front window barely covered it for privacy, and they weren’t blackout so lots of light came in day and night.

Not a three star place, barely a two. Tv and WiFi didn’t work and nobody ever came to fix it after we were told they would. Supposed to be non smoking but people were smoking so much that my bathroom was cloudy and smelled like tobacco. Additionally, NJ doesn’t allow smoking marijuana in public but there were other guests constantly smoking blunts outside the pool. All of wildwood was pretty terrible, next time I’ll go to Ocean city where they enforce the rules and everything is clean!

Key didn't work after having to wait in the cold for someone to check us in. TV had 4 channels two of which were Channel 3. No hot water in the shower. If your not ready for off season guests you shouldn't rent out.

I would give this property 0 stars if I could. I booked this hotel through Expedia for my family of four because I specifically needed a room with two double beds. After an issue with my initial payment, the hotel insisted I had booked one of their tiny “A” rooms with only one double bed. I strongly believe my reservation was changed during the payment issue because I would never intentionally book a single bed for four people. The staff placed us in a room with two beds for the first night but told us we would have to check out the next morning and check back in. When I returned as instructed, I was told they had already sold the room and the hotel was now fully booked. I was left with nowhere to stay and lost over $200. Because I booked through Expedia, the hotel refused to offer any reimbursement, credit, or alternative accommodation. I was simply told, “Sorry.” The problems didn’t stop there. During our first night, the toilet clogged. It took approximately 20 phone calls and two trips to the front office before anyone finally gave us a plunger. The next morning, the toilet clogged again, but the plunger had been removed from outside our room, leaving us dealing with the same issue all over again. The property itself was also in poor condition. The room felt run-down, and there were noticeable gaps around the door. Overall, it did not feel well maintained. What upset me the most was the complete lack of customer service.
