"I booked a twin room but it was made up as a double so had to get this changed. Requested a walk in shower but got a shower room with glass walls! Staying with my 90 year old mother so was not happy with this.
Hotel looked lovely from outside but inside decor was very bland and boring. Gardens had not been yended to and grass not cut.
Having informed the hotel i was staying with my 90 yo mother and requested a downstairs room they put us at the far end of the hotel so we to walk a ling way....

"Unfortunately this hotel feels like is been abandoned. To be fair the room was clean and quiet but had no hot water.
The rest of the hotel felt like something out of an apocalypse movie. Went to speak to reception about the water and was greeted with a note saying call this number in an emergency. After ringing the bell and waiting I called the number, left a message and was never called back. Breakfast was swimming in grease. The whole hotel needs some investment."

"We really enjoyed our stay for just one night. We found the parking convenient and safe, although we did an extra circuit of the campus as the signposting in the last 150 metres wasn't clear. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive.
