"Airport shuttle was timely and courteous "

"Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden."

"Good location. Just a short drive to outlets, restraunts and Mall of America isnt too far either. It's a quiet area and felt safe."

"They charged me extra for parking even though I was staying overnight. Their excuse was they are close to the airport and can sell the spots to people so this was an added expense that wasn’t anticipated. The rooms were not well maintained and dirty. The hallway was in the process of being remodeled, and there was sheet rock with their mud and the whole hallway stunk. The front desk. Staff was rude and not helpful. I would never stay there again."

"Valet was very easy, the hotel and room were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Many choices. "

"This is going to be my go-to place to stay when I'm back in the area. Clean, updated rooms, reasonable price, great location off I-94 close to DT Hudson and restaurants, Target etc... Parking with great lighting. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Shower pressure is great. Very large TV in double room. Manager is always fantastic. He went out of his way to call me after I had left something behind and saved us both the hassle of shipping the item. Will be back!"

"I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! "
