"We reached late and we informed that will be checking in late around 11pm. And we reached there after 11pm. When we reached the gave us the key and we entered the room the room was not cleaned or flipped from last usage. They told me sorry we don’t have any other rooms at midnight and we were shocked and standing there with our kids at midnight. Somehow they gave us another room at may be near to 1 am. The room’s shower was not draining and does not have a shower curtain."

"The property is semi clean. Most of the guests are residents or extended stay. The room I was given was updated, although the bathroom still needs remodeling. Overall I stayed here for 10 days to wait for a new tractor in IL. I did not like that the owner did not let me extend through expedia and forced me to pay directly with them and charged more. Even with the renovated rooms the motel still needs tremendous work and the area is bad and not very convenient. The ubers are very expensive due...

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was not up to acceptable standards. The walls had holes, the pictures and décor looked cheap, and the entire hotel felt run down and in need of major renovations. The shower rod was broken, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the lampshades were ripped, and the curtains had visible stains. Overall, the condition of the room was far below what was advertised.
