Cari Resor Kondominium di Williamsburg

"It was clean"

"Breakfast was excellent. Multiple options. Staff kept the food fresh."

"For staying there for 7 nights we only had service once for our room and we were suppose to have it every other day and no one emptied our garbage for the whole week. I was really disappointed with the cleaning service."

"Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave."

"Perfect day! We enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the room. Will definitely stay again when we come to Cincinnati. Definitely recommend staying. Plenty of restaurants around. It definitely is in the middle of more like the outer skirts of nowhere. Not the city. But definitely nice."

"Na"

"Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!"

"I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

"This is an older HI Express that could use some updates to the guest rooms. The toilet, sink and shower could all use an update. Breakfast was good with lots of options."

"Room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were superb. Great staff and property."

"Close to a number of restaurants and easy access off of the highway! Plenty of parking! Maintenance in our room was poor as the bathroom door was broken and they knew about it and still book us into that room. There are no coffee makers in the rooms but you can ask for one. The bedding was stained and the soap dispensers empty. The floor does not have carpet, which I liked, but not super clean. Not impressed with their lack of attention to details that matter."

"The staff, the room & overall facility was very nice. No complaints concerning the room. Staff helped us on more than one occasion. The pool was under repair. If it was listed as such in the notice I missed it. I wish things like this were mentioned before booking."

"Bedding had several burns and the mattress was broken. Almost rolled out of bed. Other than that, it would have been a pretty good place to stay."

"I paid for this room and due to a police report that took place 2 weeks prior on the 11th or 12th they told me my room I paid for was unavailable I still have not received my refund hopefully it gets resolved it's been over 3 weeks"

"Great room and hotel experience. Very nice from room, breakfast and location"

"Super friendly and helpful! Well maintained property in a great location. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again."
