"Arrived late and sign on very dark office door stated office closes at midnight and it was later than that. I assumed (incorrectly) that the phone number on office door was to be used while office was open. Concerned of how it would appear on security cameras that I would be loitering around a motel late at night and not wanting to ring someone’s number at about 1:30am, I chose to call the office in the morning and ask for a refund. "Stayed here four or five years ago when it w was s a Days Inn. It was new and clean and modern. Sadly, the rooms are now a bit run down. Not terrible, but how we remembered it either. A few dollars and some TLC could bring it back quickly."

"Staff didn't do anything about the problems with this hotel. The fridge didn't close was filled with ice. Then the first room no hot water. We told staff just change us rooms please. Pool that was supposed to be heated was not. Got a king suite for my honeymoon and wedding day and they barely have 5 channels on the TV. Don't think it was a king size bed either. Staff was rude, felt uncomfortable. Don't complain about anything or they make u feel not wanted. We stay at a lot of hotels and motels...

"The room was over all clean- the housekeeper did a good job. But the deep cleaning wasn't done- the carpet, furniture and curtains were all stained with many stains and there was mildew on the silicone in the shower. The breakfast was great! We didn't have any problems with the staff."

"I booked this room last minute after driving all night and being unable to stay at the first hotel I booked due to cockroaches there. I called WYE and they let me check into my room early to shower and sleep.
