"My weekend stay at SureStay Hotel exceeded my expectations! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. There was ample parking. The room was clean and there was plenty of space (along with 2 tables, which was a plus). The AC was working properly, The fridge and microwave came in handy. The bathroom sink had plenty of counter space and good lighting to get ready for the day. The water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower were both good, and everything was clean upon check in. "We were in town for a motorcycle function and stayed Thursday through Sunday. The hotel was spotless, staff was friendly and very helpful, pool was wonderful. Also liked that it was near places to eat and convenient for shopping (Menards, WalMart, etc.). Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area and we would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Reserved my room 4 months in advance so I wouldn’t have any issues and of course when I got there they double booked the hotel blamed it on Expedia and of course all other rooms were booked."

"I was travelling from Canada on a road trip to the US. My friend and I stayed overnight at this hotel to break up the first part of the trip. During the check in process, my driver's license was scanned and not returned. I didn't realize until we arrived at my next destination and was very disappointed as I was not going through Findlay again on my way home. "Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years."
