"Upon check-in the lady at the desk was definitely on or off medication. Several pure rude statements that were completely out of context. The people in line were shocked as well! 4 floors with 1 elevator that is used by their staff as well. It did not even work well. No need to wait that long for an elevator ."

"Excellent breakfast with plenty of delicious protein. Very clean room, the front desk gentleman, Robert was amazingly patient as we had plenty of issues with our reservation thanks to Expedia. He finally was able to determine the problem Expedia was causing with the payment being transferred. He is definitely a five star employee!"

"This property was being renovated during our stay, but it was not an issue. The only negative was that the staff seemed unprepared for the number of people at breakfast, which left guests waiting 10-15 minutes for eggs and sausage links."

"The room was what you would expect. Enough room for three adults; the washing machine & dryer were adequate. Parking area was a little small and the breakfast wasn’t worth the walk down to the office. The breakfast items weren’t replenished as they should have been so we ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. We did get a late check out which was helpful because our flight out of Chicago was late at night."

"Tears in the carpet, wallpaper looked like a 3 yr old put it up. Stain on the sheet. Lady couldn't even tell me the pool was out of service. Ill never waste my money here again."
