"We chose those hotel simply due to free shuttle. Way there was great. On the way back somehow we missed the shuttle twice while standing in the place directed by hotel staff? When my family finally boarded the transit they talked negatively about me through the radio, complaining about us calling more than once. We waited 53 minutes from our first call. "We planned the booking for the pool but it was cold, the floors were slimey, the water was foggy and the hot tub was out of order. My granddaughter was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have booked had I I is that the pool was in that condition. The room was ok but very noisy with the pool there. The one gentleman in the evening was very nice"

"Check in was really quick. I selected a room with a pull out couch which we immediately pulled out once we got in. There were dirty bottles and someone’s sock left behind the couch. I went down to the front desk to ask for more towels (on my reservation I selected 4 people but there were only enough towels for 3), to ask for linens for the couch because there were none, and to tell them about the couch situation.
