We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback. This was extremely disappointing, particularly as we needed to leave promptly. In the end, we had no choice but to leave at 9:30 without breakfast and return the keys through the...

"We had tickets to see Super Furry Animals in Cardiff and decided staying outside of the city was better value - a lovely room, free parking and a delicious breakfast. It was only a 15 minute drive into Cardiff. Our only issue was that we were awoken at 6am on Sunday morning by the people staying next door - I think they must have had an early flight and were heading to the airport - I can't think why else you would be awake so early on a Sunday!"

"Staff uniforms were filthy and the floors were covered in food. Owner didn't greet with a smile nor was very friendly. There were broken ornaments on display. Shower door was broken and didn't close properly and the shower itself was a dribble of water. Im glad it was onky for one night!"

"Caro the host was lovely and friendly and very hospitable. The old Manor House is beautiful set in rolling countryside. The bedroom was large, beds were comfortable and good shower. Caro provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would defo visit again. The Globe Inn nearby does good food and the staff and locals were good fun."
