We didn't use the laundry, but having a washing machine and dryer in the room was great. The room was more like a 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and spa was lovely and relaxing. The bathroom amenities were excellent. And the staff were always on hand and very willing to help."
