"I had a great stay. The property was very clean as was my room. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked very well. I also loved that there was a full sized fridge so that I could keep my beverages cold and store little snacks. There was a cooktop stove in the room as well which could come in handy for those that want to cook but you have to bring your own cookware. It was close to downtown and not too far from either airport. Overall I had a great stay. I would stay here again. "

"Everything was great!! The only thing was that rooms have an open shower, meaning there's no door to seperate the shower from the bedroom. You will shower on the open. I was with my daughter and had to switch rooms to another room that allowed privacy while showering. Other than that staff was great and nice, room was very clean and area was great given than IHOP was at walking distance. "

"Everything was great except the fact there was no microwave or mini refrigerator to keep leftover and the microwave to heat it. I wasted a lot of money on food because I had leave (basically wasting food) large portions of food from the surrounding restaurants (with are not cheap). "The hotel was nice, our room was lovely, the restaurant and bar area were very nice. The only problem we encountered was a downed two elevators out of three upon afternoon check-in. It took quite a while to get onto the elevator and up to our room on the 21st floor.
My husband went to the fitness center on the top floor and said it was so hot. He could not stay and work out very long."

"My stay was just overnight, but there needs to be an update on your parking. You don't state that the metro train is in front of the hotel. So there is no way to pull up to the hotel. Then you charge between $37-$57 and the parking is a block and half away from the hotel. There is a public parking lot behind the metro train station for $18 for 10 hours. Also, the graffiti inside of the elevators and there is no bright lights at all in the hotel. The entire hotel felt like a college dorm!"

"Property was very nice and clean. The only suggestions I have would be to not make the bathroom fan connected to the light. It’s awful for someone with sound sensitivities to have to run the fan anytime the bathroom light is on. Also we were 2 rooms down from the elevator and could hear the ding of the elevator clearly all night long. The walls must be thin or the bell loud."
