"The property is fabulous. Nice boutique hotel on Main Street in Newmarket across from a great coffee shop. A couple of small challenges include parking as there’s limited parking that’s covered in a few extra spots uncovered. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to change in the front desk, control it from there. Staff was amazing and rooms were clean and we serviced daily while we were out so there was no inconvenience to our day."

"The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. "Everything was excellent with our stay our only complaint was the noise level in our particular suite. Right beside the staff room and stairway door, combined with a very large wide open accessible room made every walkie talkie conversation outside our door echo throughout. Otherwise breakfasts were excellent and well stocked, facility was clean and stafff was welcoming. "

"This was a terrible experience! Upon checking in, we were directed to the York Tower. I even asked to double check as the Richmond tower was a lot closer. I was travelling with two small children, and we went to the far tower and tried to find our room number, walking through the hallways twice without success. We went back to the check-in desk, and the same agent then said that he made a mistake and we were indeed supposed to be in the Richmond tower. He was smirking and tried to make light of...
