"I saw the reviews and believed them, and I’m so glad. My room was pristine, it had all new furniture, and was upgraded to be very modern and sleek. On the outside, it looks like just a well-maintained motel, but the rooms are better than any motel. I had a peaceful night’s sleep, the temperature was perfect, the refrigerator worked, the shower was clean and worked well, and we loved having an ironing board and a blow dryer."

"The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. "

"I enjoyed the room with the kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and floor were damp and there was a leak by the bathroom sink, making the floor wet there.. Other than that it was very neat and tidy. A couple stains on some chairs and tables. If I was being very picky, the television was off center of the couch and not able to be viewed unless we're sitting in the corner where there were no other seats. Pool area was nice. Breakfasts were very nice with a lot of variety...

"We would not recommend at this state if your on vacation. Maybe for business it would be ok. The staff was very friendly. On more than one occasion we didn’t have hot water and in one room the toilet didn’t flush and the AC did not work. Hotel needs an upgrade. Pool was closed. The surroundings of the hotel also looked desolate. Empty restaurants etc and poor landscaping. The landscaping of the hotel was ok."

"The pool was out of service for 2.5 of our three days stay. Trash cans were overflowing, the carpet at the front door was extremely worn. There was dead bugs on the window sills. Just overall dirty"

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good—lots of options. The carpet in the room needed cleaning. The AC in small fitness center wasn’t working, so it was very warm in there. The weight machine was non-functional. It would be nice to replace it with one that works. It was nice that there were free weights, but I’d recommend including 15lbs, 10lbs, and 5lbs dumbbells as well. The price point was good, given that World Cup games were driving prices way up...
