"The staff was professional and pleasant all the way around. It was the room itself that was somewhat of a disappointment. When we first walked in it smelled odd. My wife and I initially thought it was a urine type of smell possibly from a dog. After that we were trying to eat before we laid down for the night my wife spotted a roach crawling on the wall behind me. The room also was extremely humid even with the AC Unit physically running. After adjusting it unfortunately it never got any better. Then the light fixture on one side of the bed didn’t work and inside of the bathroom the light fixture and the toilet seat was dirty and didn’t even have an exhaust fan. The building just seemed outdated and too much for the employees to handle."

"The room was very nice and clean. The only thing missing was a box of tissues. The air conditioning stayed a steady temperature. "

"The room we had was spacious, but bland decor. I believe they gave us a handicap accessible room. The hotel is in the midst of remodeling. It was quiet."
