"Staff was not pleasant. On the way to our room was a trail of blood that lead from the ground floor up to our room on the 2nd floor. Cleaning crew passed over multiple times and never cleaned it up. Our door was unlocked when we entered and the safe was broken. Very disappointed "

"This is the best casino hotel resort in Northern California. They are the sweetest people there and everything is always clean and accommodating and I love it so much."

"Pros: close to the in town casino, rooms were very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and yes also have an ice machine. Side bed nightstands for each side with plug ins. Cons: Major issues with connecting to the internet… most of the time did not work even with their password. The thermostat remote control didn’t work in the room very well. Shower head has very weak water pressure. Toilet seat very small. No nightstand lamps although the side switch by the bed turns on but extremely bright when waking up. TV remote has only one channel that works. No instructions on how to operate tv channels."
