"Room was"

"The elevator was out of order and remained so throughout our entire stay. We were moved from our selected king bed room to a queen bed/accessible room in order to be on the first floor what with no elevator. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was adequate though nothing special. The motel exterior had NO sign indicating it was the Holiday Inn."

"I was grateful that the gentleman who checked me in helped me take my luggage to my room."

"Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities. Shower curtain needed replacing, was pretty gross."

"We were in town for the HORROR FEST FILM FESTIVAL. Check-in was super easy and the staff was delightful. Our room was very clean, well prepped, and slept well. The only dislike was the loud neighbor, but I will not hold that against the place. The breakfast was great and filling, lots of options. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling though. Great shampoo provided. Good prices, and an actual modern tv that was nice to relax watching during the stay."

"The room was dirty, smelly and moldy. The floors and sink counter top were sticky. There were rust stains and mold in the shower tiles."

"The property was very hard to get into with the layout of the streets. We were not particularly happy with the type of sink that was in the room. I was definitely not pleased that I had to pay a $100 security deposit. Even though it was refundable, I never ever had to pay a security deposit at a hotel before. That was a totally unnecessary expense, even if it was temporary."
