"Room was advertised as accessible, but bathroom was not. Pool railing was wobbly and unsafe. Hallways always had trash and cleaning cart in view. Staff was unprofessional. Room was clean, check in and out was seamless."

"Staff was nice. They informed us about a dinner social upon arrival, which was an unexpected surprise. They offered a nice spread including cheese, crackers, and salad with toppings such as egg and bacon. The free breakfast also offered a wide variety of options. Room was spacious with 5 people and included kitchen with full size fridge, silverware, and dishwasher. Pool area was nice. Hotel was within walking distance of a few restaurants. Family was bummed we were only spending one night here,...

"Room was very dark even with all lights on and drapes opened. Housekeeping did not come to tidy up, empty trash or make bed - even with a 4 day stay. Bed pilliws smelled. Internet was sporadic at best, and the TV continued to reset and buffer. Bathroom sink continued to back up. Continental breakfast was so-so, although breakfast room was cute (but not very clean...coffee grounds everywhere and sticky tables) Plenty of onsite parking. Very disappointed in this stay."
