"When i checked in i had to pay a deposit of $50 since i booked thru a third party, you in case there was damage. Even though i got the deposit back, no one told me before hand that it would be required. The staff would not give me a receipt to verify i had paid the deposit. So how was i supposed to believe i would get it back. Also would not give a receipt for my stay, sayingvi would get it from you. Not happy with the whole process so probably will not book with you again orvstay at same hotel"
