"This was an amazing experience! These people have been doing this for 40 years, and have it down! Hospitality is second nature to them! Everything was lovely! They gave us the family suite so we wouldn’t have to bring our luggage upstairs. Hilary made the most perfect breakfast and it was so lovely to chat with her. Highly recommend this place for home away from home! Definitely going back again!"

"Wichtigster Punkt: Das "Doppelbett" ist max. 130cm breit, also viel zu schmal für 2 Personen! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1.OG zur Strasse: Der Verkehr direkt unterhalb des Fensters ist sehr laut. Motorradfahrer und getunte Autos drehen hier gerne nochmal ordentlich laut auf. Kein Zimmerservice, wir waren 3 Nächte dort, die Zimmer wurden nicht hergerichtet, war aber für uns okay, weil mit den kleinen Koffern am Boden das Zimmer komplett ausgefüllt war. "Beautiful property, Convenient to city but across the river to quiet.. Right next to trail thru water meadows to city as well as roads direct to city. "

"Well located next door to the train station/Stonehenge tourbus stop and easy and safe walk to everything in Salisbury including enterprise rent a car, which was nice for driving to Dartmoor National Park. Plenty of space for family to spread out in the 2BR unit with plenty of seating in living room. Lovely place, well appointed, and good value for money. I highly recommend."

"We were told this building was 960 years old. It is very delightful and a wonderful walk to town. Dinner was amazing - we had the bang bang chicken and steak frites, plus chocolate mousse. Every bite was fabulous! Kuddos to the chef. I would say the "king" bed is more like a queen in the United States, and there was a lot of pub noise, but it all quieted down after 10:30 - so we slept very well. I would highly recommend this to anyone."
