It really bothered me that you offer no complimentary coffee in the lobby. You gave me a glass of champaign when i got there. But either had to make my own, or go to Starbucks for coffee. Weird.

Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel
We loved the place wgen we git there. Friendly staff and nice, spacious rooms. It went downhill from there. We ate at their restaurant and the food was terrible.
