"As we pulled up it was confusing as to where to go or park or stop for valet. Once we figured it out I will say our valet nick was fantastic. Unfortunately that was the only thing fantastic. The place was absolutely packed for a derby event. Our fault for not checking that before. Not the hotels fault for having a successful event. But, I couldn’t even figure out where the front desk was. Finally found it, got to our room and it was pretty awful. Not clean, a balloon from a previous guest still suck up on the ceiling, TV hanging crooked on the wall, hair in the bathroom, and one k-cup for the morning. The remote wouldn’t turn down the TV and we could hear every word anyone said in the hallway and room next to us. We grabbed our bags and left and drove 3 hours back home. We had plans for the night but getting through that lobby and trying to come and go from there would have been a nightmare. Much easier to take the hit on the $$$ and cancel plans. We booked it for the motorcycle then after visiting the Harley Museum but in the future we’ll look in the Milwaukee burbs for a room."

"No continental breakfast. A brown bag with juice, yogurt, and muffin in it. Get it at the front desk. The hotel showed its age and was worn in areas. Right next to the airport is a plus. Not sure, but i think people lived there too."

"Everything was great!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and pool and hot tub was clean, conveniently enough for the kids. I loved it! Plus the slots were a plus"

"What made it terrible? The metal frame the mattress is sitting on? Or the two inch gap at the top of the crookedly hung door? Or maybe the cracked window and broken screen from the outside? Ooorrrrr the truck driver in the parking lot who stood outside waiting for the pizza delivery guy to bring him his dinner?? Yeah. We’re not staying here again. Neither my daughter or I felt safe. We left the room empty and booked a different property in town. Of course we can’t get it refunded but our safety and peace of mind was far better elsewhere "

"Clean room, breakfast good and kept stocked, parking well lighted, check in very easy. Had a good night sleep. 7 minutes from airport."

"Went for a wedding. Was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and cute. Great location. Nice bar. Food was decent. We had a great time. Stayed in the suite."
