We stayed for 3 nights in one of the standard rooms (all the other rooms were fully booked), the room was great & bed super comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel everyday which was delicious & there was a fantastic choice of different dishes. The staff were all super friendly & helpful & the hotel is located near to all the restaurants, bars & shops in the area. I would love to return one day & try one of the other rooms

Our recent stay at The Cranleigh Boutique in Bowness-on-Windermere was an absolute pleasure and comes highly recommended. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to the charm of Bowness and the stunning scenery of Lake Windermere, while still providing a peaceful retreat. Our room was beautifully appointed, combining contemporary style with comfort, and was immaculately clean. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is evident and truly enhances the guest experience. A particular highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It is clear that The Cranleigh Boutique places a high value on starting the day right for their guests. The selection was extensive and delicious, catering to all tastes. You definitely get what you pay for. Fabulous customer service before our stay and the Receptionists were all extremely helpful and welcoming during our stay. The Seduction Suite was fantastic and the addition of Breakfast served at a time to suit ourselves was a great extra as otherwise we maybe wouldn’t have bothered. Would definitely stay again and hopefully will look into the Hideout house next time. The discount in the Fizzy Tarté for us was a great bonus too as we spent far too much money in there, but when it’s so much fun, along with a discount then who cares ! It was our Christmas present to ourselves so what a fabulous start to Christmas.

The staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and it was particularly nice to have it delivered to the suite. The only issue was the shower over the bath was a bit challenging. However our original suite had a walk in shower but the two flights of stairs were to challenging for my husband who walks with a crutch. If I had booked directly with the hotel I could have discussed our requirements with them. However the staff did everything they could to help.

Super autumn stay away.

Really good location, but located on a hill if anyone struggles with up hill walks, but an easy walk for those that don't. Short distance to all attractions with plenty of places to eat from close by. The Cranleigh is very welcoming and well ran, breakfast choice is good and done a great standard. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.
