"This was my favorite stay of three hotels in the London area. Alexandra at check in was outstanding, helpful, kind and got me an upgrade to a queen bed. The air conditioning worked! Hallelujah. The bed was firm and I loved it. The bathroom sparkled with cleanliness. It is convenient to Runnymede and Windsor proper. It’s about a 10 minute walk to shopping and restaurants and the castle is within easy walking distance. I was only there overnight, but it won me over."

"This hotel is in a brilliant location. After reading some bad reviews I was worried but I needn’t have been. The hotel was full of character. We had a superior castle view room which was lovely. A little bit tired maybe. The windows could do with some attention but it was big and the bathroom was clean and everything worked. Plenty of hot water and plenty of towels. The bed was big and very comfortable. Tea & coffee and kettle in the room and even an air cooler which was very useful during the heatwave !
