Hi Roseane,We're so sorry to hear that your stay with us was not to your expected standards.I do apologise that there was confusion in making your breakfast reservation; an email should be sent to all guests in the week prior to their stay containing links to make bookings for restaurants and also our swimming pool. It is also disappointing to hear that you found the quality of the food you received to be low. Please be assured that I have passed this feedback to our restaurant team.Our servers do seek to take your order as quickly as possible, as we are aware that a stay at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort can often be busy, and that guests want to make sure they have enough time to enjoy the theme park.It is also a shame to hear that you were disappointed by our swimming pool. Our lifeguards regularly clean all areas of the swimming pool, changing rooms, and reception area. Furthermore, pictures of the size and amenities of our swimming area are available online to ensure that all guests know what is available to them prior to their arrival.I can confirm that the LEGO Playroom costs 10 per child, for unlimited access for the duration of your stay. This is advertised in multiple locations, and we try to make clear that access is only a complimentary addition for premium-class rooms.We also apologise for any imperfections you found with the cleanliness of your room upon your check-in. We hope that you visited the reception desk to note these concerns, as we are always happy to send a housekeeper to ensure that your room is completely clean.Sadly, at this time, one of our lifts is out-of-order and awaiting maintenance. This can cause congestion using the other lift, however every floor has stair access, and we also have an additional set of lifts between the reception floor and park-level floor for express service.Extra Ride Time is available to guests of the Hotel, and allows entry to the LEGO City area of the theme park at 9:30am, 30 minutes prior to the park's general opening time. Five rides are available in LEGO City during this half hour, and we advertise these as much as possible so that you are made aware of what rides can be used in Extra Ride Time. These rides typically have longer queues later in the day, so have been chosen to allow hotel guests to enjoy them with short queues to begin their day, rather than having to wait a long time for them later on.To summarise, we, once again, are incredibly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expected standards. We do hope that you choose to visit us again in the future, as we are confident that your experience would be far more positive.
