"Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card."

"While this is a cheap option. Tv didn’t work kept freezing. The shower was horrible, barely any water came from the shower head, the room was so muggy that the floors were wet from moist. Everything else was okay. Good for a 1 night stay just to keep sleep."

"Pictures did not match the room, the room looked like a dorm room that you walk in on the first day of college with a bed with no sheets and those 4 black legs holding it up. Blinds were broken and the room was dirty. Very shady area too."

"It had a pool as described. Room I had to clean and water ran all the time. Housekeeping woke me up everyday. I kept my room clean and sanitize and made my bed. Staff was really nice always. Price of roos made it so much better"

"Do not stay in this hotel unless you want to be infested with coach roaches I was traveling with my children and we were getting tired it was late so I stopped at the nearest hotel with a reasonable price because all we were doing is sleeping and leaving when we woke mind you it’s 11 at night we go to go in I turn the light on there are about 10 roaches on the floor the were on the fridge they were everywhere I walk right back out I told the lady I couldn’t stay there that I wouldn’t stay with...

"Lovely new facility. Rooms are a tad smaller than older hotels. No plain black tea available for grab and go breakfast, but they are looking to include in the future. Great staff! "

"Never cleaned the room.. I had a handicap accessible room some I recently broke my hip and they put me on the 4th floor with no elevator. The doors don’t work. I could go for days about how bad this spot was!"
