"Room was clean but the refrigerator door was broken prevent it from closing completely so this made it difficult to open the sliding door to the closet for hanging our clothes. The bedding needs improvement. The mattress is not comfortable. Could be more plush. The bed linen was clean but not impressive."

"Very friendly and proactive staff. Easy walk to the beach. That area of Waikiki beach is very walkable with lots to do. The breakfast buffet was a nice bonus - good variety and well stocked. Don’t eat outside if you don’t like birds :)"

"The pool was great- we were there during an unfortunately windy time but it would normally be the place to be! The rooms (specifically the bathroom) are a little outdated but the bed and bedding was excellent! Very cozy and comfortable. The food was amazing!!! Seriously some delicious stuff on the pool bar menu. We also enjoyed the ramen place. It was unfortunate that the nicer restaurant was being worked on so the options became a little repetitive after a few days. Overall we had a blast."

"Mostly wonderful. The food at the restaurant- not worth it. One problem: as you exit to the beach, there is a very narrow and uncomfortable staircase of 2/3 steps down, very rough and uncomfortable. The rest was straightforward and comfortable. Local music at night was a very pleasant touch."
