"After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room.
1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk.
2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping.
3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor.
4) The phone did not work.
We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again."

"Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am.
