ibis budget Manchester Airport

"They bent over backwards to help me in all my needs as I have been recovering from a stroke. They helped take my bags up to my room and back down the next morning. The room was great and I would book it again when I have a flight out of Manchester. The staff were GREAT."

"Great location, friendly staff. Pool area good but changing rooms smell abit of stagnant water. Bedroom good but bathroom dated and not cleaned to the best standard, in need of an update."

"The hotel in a great location location to the airport . Have stayed there many times but its starting to get a bit of a well used look. Breakfast good but only warm as was the hot drinks . Maybe frightened of burning somebody . Loads of mud on the walkway to the hotel as they are building a Premier inn next to it . Will use holiday inn next time until things improve ."

"The hotel was ideal for what we needed and was a comfortable place to stay. We had booked breakfast as part of our stay, but unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told this wasn’t showing on the system and that we would need to pay again, which we did. We later found our booking confirmation showing that breakfast was included, and the hotel was helpful in resolving this and provided us with a refund. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated that the issue was sorted out."
