"Quiet town. Kind staff. Very comfy bed. But room smelled as if it had been flooded. Light was broken in bathroom but they had a floor lamp plugged in. TV in bedroom didn’t work. Both ac units worked but the vents to adjust airflow were broken.
So much potential for a cute motel alongside Route 66. Just needs a little TLC.
PS: And Romo’s was an excellent dinner recommendation made by motel staff!"

"This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My son and I went to the lobby for breakfast, only to find it locked. "Stayed here for one evening while on a motorcycle trip throughout the southwest and route 66. It's definitely an older property but my room was clean and comfortable. The fellow at check in was great. Recommend a great local Chinese restaurant. Came by a couple of times just to make sure everything was ok. Overall I couldn't have enjoyed my short stay more. If you are doing 66 give it a shot!"
