"Quirky hotel near the airport - great for a quick layover. Booked here for one night as we were flying out the next morning. Not close to much else by foot but it served its purpose quite well and we enjoyed our stay.

"Typical Ibis budget offering (small, bland but clean rooms) but value for money was good close to the airport and next door to some fast food options. $12 shuttle to the airport terminals. 1km walk to Domestic terminal if you want to save this or the exorbitant train fare premium for getting on/off at the airport. Alternatively a 1.3 km walk to Mascot station although a local bus can get you part way there."

"This hotel is going to close at the end of July for a full renovation that will take 18 months. The inside is awful. Carpet is ducted taped!!! for rips in the carpet, and other places warn so bad it is down to nothing. The TV had issues even staying on, connection was bad.
