"I reserved a room with a balcony but when I got there I was told they didn’t have anymore and they were actually gone when I first reserved the room. I thought that was weird so I looked around the hotel when I go there and guess what…. there are only four rooms with balconies. So, if you reserve one with a balcony call the hotel to confirm. "Right off the start, the front staff was inapt! Upon arriving at the room, the bath was not Senior (old folks) friendly! The dam toilet was on the floor. Thankfully, there was a grab bar at the toilet. But if you are aged, it takes some strength to rise from the toilet! The lower you are to the dam floor, the harder it is to rise!
