"This is such a sweet boutique hotel. The staff was professional, courteous and just great people. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The 2nd floor is 'Rick's cafe' - if you don't know Casablanca - you won't get the reference. It is like a home - living room, dining, and 24/7 snacks, beverages and space to enjoy. "It's small (welcome to NYC!), but very well done. All staff members we encountered were so friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Some items could use a refresh but the rooms were well-appointed. There is a fun bar right next door, but the only caveat is due to its popularity, if your room is facing the street, it is loud - not traffic noise but loud people outside. Again, that's NYC. Overall, great location, great hotel and I would definitely stay there again!"

La localización es excelente, a una cuadra de Central Park, muy cerca de Times Square, cerca de la 5a avenida, en realidad te puedes mover muy fácilmente, hay una estación de metro muy cerca. El staff del hotel muy amable (gracias especiales al Concierge Bob por sus explicaciones y mapas). El cuarto de muy buen tamaño y siempre limpio.
