"Un très bel hôtel de charme bien placé (à moins de 5mn de Times Square à pied) mais au calme et dans la rue des restaurants. L'hôtel est propre et récent, les équipements sont de qualité et la literie est incroyable! Le rooftop est un vrai plus, avec une jolie vue. Seul bémol : le petit-déjeuner. Que des options sucrées identiques d'un jour sur l'autre. Une seule variété de céréales (un granola excellent) et seulement des oeufs durs ou du philadelphia pour l'option salée. Pas de chocolat...

"Staff were very helpful and were always positive. The location can't be beat if you're there to see Broadway - exit the door and go 10 steps down the road and you're standing in Times Square. Downside was the hotel could use an update. It was a pricey booking and I was expecting better considering there are other options in the area where we've stayed in the past."

"Loved our stay! Clean, spacious room and great location - close to Central Park, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Center, with a subway station almost right next door. Very comfortable bed, room was cleaned every day, and staff were helpful (although some of them were not very friendly). Our room was at the back of the property so not so great views but we didn’t really mind it as it means it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in NYC!"

"Great location and very good staff except for the taxi driver that took us from the hotel to the airport. This taxi driver was recommended by the hotel staff. He agreed to a fee and charged us more (some $15-20) which we found very inappropriate."
