"We stayed here for the convenience of location to Legoland. Our room was the Adventure room. It was at the very end of the hallway and looked like it hadn't been used in awhile. The shelves were dusty and the bathtub even had dust in it. The room was pretty dark. The bed was relatively comfortable. It is an older hotel that could use a refresh. The disco elevator was fun for the kids. Breakfast was good but the floor around the tables was very dirty. We left an item behind and were very pleased...

"We stayed 5 days and did not receive any new towels or service to the room. Someone used a key and walked into our room at 7:28am and i was like who are you and they left. We checked out and then received a call hours later askingvus when we were going to leave and if we needed more time. I reminded them we already checked out. Someone had entered our room and was using it when we left! So be aware of that. Everything else was great."

"Loved that we had a top floor, the views were nice and the screened porch. Sadly there was a lot of dead foliage at the resort from recent freeze. Not the resorts fault, but I image it would have been more beautiful. The grounds were very nice otherwise. Time will likely allow for regrowth or replacement.
I appreciated that the staff were around, but not intrusive to the stay. Available if you needed them, otherwise just a presence.
Small wish, that there was a small bar of soap or...

"It was okay.. I wouldn’t stay again. Our room was extremely outdated with carpet flooring and just felt meh. The check in process was ridiculous as they valet your car we watched the valet drivers backing into other vehicles and damaging them. "

"Place is great and clean. Has a good facilities in place. We love the location and surrounding area. Also very near to old town (only 7-10 minutes walk). Good security in the complex. Staff just okay, no smile but does not bother me."
