"the rooms were clean and staff members including the " Capitan" were very helpful and kind. Pools were clean and nice . We went back on February. That's my second time in this hotel and i highly recommend. Keep the amazing job keeping the hotel clean and for the nice workers you guys have. i will be coming back to this hotel next year. Thank you for your services and kindness. Highly recommended for family stay."

"La limpieza de la habitación horrible. Los suelos no estaban limpias, puedo asegurar que no los limpiaron antes de entrar mi familia. Los baños tampoco estaban buenos. La ducha no tenia presión el agua. Les falta mucho color y limpieza a las habitaciones y los alrededores de la piscina muy sucios. El desayuno no estuvo tan mal, no es de los mejores pero estaba aceptable. Jamás repetiría mi visita. El olor a humedad en las habitaciones era insoportable. "We have been visiting the Reunion and Golf Resort for over 10 years, this year we visited this past April and the last 11 days in May 2026. The staff at the Resort and the Waterpark within the Reunion was fantastic."

"The bed was very comfortable, used the washer/dryer!! Shower was great. Didn’t like the stairs-but who does!! The hot tub was great as well! The only thing I would recommend is for the tubes for the lazy river get some air in them-they were not usable! I will sure come back!!"
