Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites
8/10 Good
"Lively hotel with very nice rooms and beautiful pool. The on-site restaurant is really really helpful with a ton of food options and I like the soda deal. I just wish they had machines on every floor instead of having to go all the way down to the lobby every time you want a drink. the shuttle buses are convenient as well. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the check-in process. It is way too long. I don’t know why it takes them so long to check everybody in. It’s not a complicated process, but I waited in line for a long time however they did make up for that by having my room ready three hours before check-in, which I really appreciate. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a lovely resort."

"Bought the parking and breakfast. Spent just over and hour getting them to fix that, I came here to go on vacation. The person who checked me in was on some sort of cell phone discussion and wasn't paying attention we when checked in. He asked for my plate number and said it was taken care of, I came the next morning and had to get my breakfast vouchers and they saw my paid parking was being charged. Very very long time to fix this, I am here to go to Universal."
