"The listing is misleading; the pictures showed an upper-floor unit, but we got a first-floor unit. There was an AC unit, but not in the bedroom; it was in the living room!!. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend."
