"Had to ask for clean towels and coffee sachets. Also had to ask for room to be cleaned and bedding changed after 3 days. So a 7 day stay only changed once. Lights not working. Shower connected to taps so unable to control water temperature. Shaving light above sink not working. Towel rail in bathroom got dangerously hot and was held together with insulating tape. A small step down to the room had no hazard warning tape or aluminaton, tripped over going out and fell down going in."

"The single en-suite room was very small, and a little tired-looking, but perfectly adequate for a one-night stopover. The chinese take-away a few doors down was convenient and very good. The full breakfast was amazing!"

"This property was probably a very nice house in its day with a great location close to Ely centre and backing onto the golf course. It’s now very tired old lady that’s seen better days. It was clean and the breakfast was very good. There was no one to receive us and the room key was left on the reception desk with a note.
