Check-in was great and quick. The room however, was not! We had the family suite w/3 queen beds. There was no toilet paper. The front room A/C did not work, when called they brought up two(2) fans. It helped a little but still a bit too warm for me. I was given the option to move to a smaller room at 11pm but that would include waking up a 3yr old and possibly not being able to go back to sleep...so we choose to stay with the fans running all night and the rear A/C going full blast. We had to be under covers but the front room was a bit cooler.

Very nice and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the basketball and playground aaaaand it came with NOAHS ARK BRACELETS!!!!!! We will definitely stay again!!!

I’m disappointed in the way things are there now , it’s gone downhill we usually stay there every year but won’t be going back. People smoking weed by the pool , music blasting outside all night , nobody cleans the pool area ever !!!! I asked for new towels both days and I didn’t get any ! Room was ok.

Mediocre at best

The morning staff when we checked in were rude and seemed to not appreciate the questions, we felt rushed during check in. Upon entering the room the fridge wouldn’t open because they had it on a protector in case of leaking, the staff didn’t seem to understand why we couldn’t get it open and we’re rude, but the maintenance guy was great. He came quickly and was able to raise the fridge higher off the ground. We left shorty after the maintenance man and didn’t return until close to 8. I wanted a quick shower before dinner and bed, only to discover hair all over the tub, two of the towels were dirty, plus a leftover dirty washcloth in the tub. At 10 pm we went to go to bed, upon turning the blankets down we were shocked to find the bedsheet had hair and dirt on it, wrinkled like they’d been used. But I spoke nicely with the evening staff. They were very accommodating. Not only did they help us by getting and placing new sheets on the bed they apologized profusely about our experience. They don’t seem to have a pool curfew or any noise ordinance as some of the other guests were partying loudly in the pool and parking lot well after midnight making it hard to sleep. I mentioned the late night loudness in the morning at checkout, the AM staff were once again rude and abrupt. The lady told me they don’t have control over what the other guest do. That’s probably something that should be on the website for families that want their children to sleep.

They were so great. I wasn't sure that we would be able to check in before 11 pm. They were willing to do whatever they could to make it work into our schedule. Seems like it has been newly renovated.

The rooms aren’t clean and on reservations never explain that you need to pay for towels rentals. Also for pillow cases and bed related items. The curtains in the room were falling apart no lightbulb at the outside balcony and the fridge wasn’t working.

I made a payment of up to $ 56 to enter earlier. Dark room, no light over the sink, burnt bulb, not feeling old, only old age, after the walls in the bathroom and bathtub walked spiders. I run a cleaning service, I know what a fresh clean room should look like, there is problem here😩

I was supposed to check in at 3, the room wasn’t ready until 4, they send me out to find the room in my own and when I finally found it I got in there and it was dirty the bed wasn’t made so I don’t think they even clean that room, I went back to the office and they didn’t even apologize... and then they gave me another room!! Very poor service!!

I liked the different pools and the access to Noah’s Ark. However, the rooms lacked. They where very dirty. The floors had caked dirt on them. My son had came from the pool and got water on the floor he dropped his white t-shirt on the floor and It was smudged with dirt from the floor . The counter had a dead fly on it . Just pack bleach wipes to clean the bathroom your self if you chose to stay there .

My husband and I gave this property and eight out of ten. We stayed one night and was pleased with the location, w which is walking distance to Noah’s Arc, the temperature of the room, comfort of the beds and the showers pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. Even though they had to receptionists, the check in process took far too long for it took about 20 minutes and we were the third person in line. The floor in our room was filthy and in need of a proper mopping; we quickly figured out this is the reason why the bottom of our feet were black. All in all, we would revisit again and recommend to our friends!

It took so long to check in then the first room they gave us was not cleaned, the room was disgusting. Our next room was clean (i guess) but no towels, no shampoo or even hand soap. For the money you would think towels and soap would be included

I liked the access to the multiple pools, I did not like the fact that i waited over 2 hours for check in. My room had no towels until the next day. The experience was horrible

Ehh not too bad

The hotel was okay, the pool was dirty but there were other pools that we could go to within the hotel I think they had 7 outdoor pools. Overall it was okay I wouldn’t stay there again unless I want free passes to Noah’s ark again.

Location is great. Service was understaffed and not consistent. Rooms outdated, not clean and lacked basic amenities.

The room I stayed in was not well maintained. One light worked, the carpet was absolutely filthy, gum chunks in the floor, black dirty, sticky, in the middle and clean on the edges where people don't walk. Shower water pressure was extremely poor. Bathroom otherwise was nice. The window screen was bent and easily could've been pulled out and there was no lock on the window. This particular room is in dire need of repairs and DEEP cleaning. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets did appear to be clean.
