I attempted to request a new room (current room was on top floor) due to a few Pigeons that appeared to be nesting on the roof, that kept me up while napping and early morning. When I went to Recepentionsit to request a new room, she informed me that I did not know what birds I was talking about, and that it was a "mourning dove" and that they should be quitet by dusk. She also informed me that she knew better, since she lived in the woods and that I didn't know what I was talking about since pigeons weren't in the Wisconsin Dells area.
To minimize the situation, I walked away and allowed her recommendations to be the course of action. After waking early the next morning due to the bird noises, I proceeded to the receptionist to inform her of the mishaps from the bird and the experience with the staff member. The staff member the next day was very kind and took my complaint, and informed me that they could not provide any type of refund, but that the manager would be in touch to speak with me about their employee. But after 3 days, I have not received an email or phone call.
